Lay-down fencing is a vital tool for balancing a working landscape with a healthy ecosystem. By lowering the fences while cattle are not grazing, we remove a barrier for migrating wildlife—like elk, deer, and pronghorn—allowing them to move freely without the risk of entanglement. Fences are raised in the summer to accommodate grazing cattle. Bring water, snacks, work gloves, sun protection, sturdy footwear.
