Owned by those it serves, Fall River Electric is a member-owned nonprofit cooperative that powers communities across parts of Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming — including Island Park. With over 21,000 connections spanning more than 2,500 square miles, Fall River is committed to delivering reliable, affordable, and locally managed energy services.

Fall River regularly returns excess revenues to their owner-members through a patronage capital program. In recent years, payouts totaling millions of dollars have been distributed — a benefit unique to co-ops and a real financial return to those who trust Fall River to power their homes and businesses.
