The Preserve is a locally family owned resort, owned and operated by the Boyce Family. The Boyce’s have lived and owned businesses in Island Park since 2005. Lance Boyce moved his family to Island Park in search of a better lifestyle for his young family. Lance and his family of four constructed custom cabins in the Island Park area until 2016. Lance and his wife Amber enjoyed seeing the joy that their custom work brought their clients.
